Due to the specialized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items sold. Our parts are specifically designed for racing and off-road use, making all sales final and sold on an “AS-IS” basis. Returns may only be accepted if there was an error on our part or if the item is found to be defective.

As the buyer, I understand that installing these parts on my motorcycle may void any existing manufacturer’s warranty. I agree not to operate a vehicle equipped with these parts on public streets, roads, or highways, and to use the vehicle only on authorized racing or off-road tracks.

By installing or activating any parts from this website, I acknowledge that my motorcycle is now considered a high-performance product with a shorter service life due to its intended use in racing. As a result, it no longer meets the durability standards for public road use. The warranty is limited to defects in materials and the condition of the motorcycle and/or parts at the time of delivery from the factory.

By making a purchase, I release Memo’s garage and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, misrepresentation, negligence, fraud, attorney fees, or any other claims, whether known or unknown.
